This is a really flat shoe. Been using them for 5 months now in college and I have flat feet so they work perfect for me. If you have a more pronounced arch or you need a quicker shoe go for the more expensive versions although I can’t see a faster shoe than this being of that much help. Really cheap, highly recommend.

@marcusvoider It works well for discus and shot put. Much better than normal sneakers. It still has some grip though so it is not as fast as the rotational iv, but it is still plenty quick and can be used for the glide in shot put as well
